Problem

The Democratic Republic of Congo has been suffering from war and man-made crises for many years, creating a situation in which many of its 60 million people are trapped in poverty and hunger.

The Gift

Action Against Hunger is working to alleviate extreme hunger amongst 400,000 beneficiaries in the eastern and western parts of the country. This gift enables us to provide food and other nutritional supplements to victims of extreme malnutrition, who can be nursed back to health within 30 days.
