"Every Child Can Have a Medical Home" Outreach Volunteer

Description:

Looking for volunteers to assist our outreach workers in reaching the 3000+ uninsured children in Jackson County, OR and enrolling them in the Oregon Health Plan.

Follow-up with patients on the phone that have been given an Oregon Health Plan application, and patients that need to renew their OHP application.

Volunteer will be using the internet, Microsoft Access, and the phone. Experience is not necessary, but helpful.

Spanish conversation skills helpful, but is not required.
