New American entrepreneurs enrolled in AnewAmerica’s Virtual Business Incubator have a myriad of decisions to negotiate when writing their business plans. AnewAmerica’s Green Business initiatives empower entrepreneurs to green their business plans and launch environmentally-responsible businesses. Through AnewAmerica’s green business curriculum, entrepreneurs learn how to green their operating procedures, develop and market ecologically-sound goods and services.

The Gift

AnewAmerica is providing green business support through implementing green curriculum in our Virtual Business Incubator classes and hosting green business experts as guest speakers. Our clients are learning about the importance of creating a green business from the beginning phase of the business planning program. Through the business development and growth phase of our program, AnewAmerica’s entrepreneurs have the opportunity to receive green business coaching from current green business owners and professional consultants. To recognize our clients’ efforts to adopt green business practices, AnewAmerica launched a Green Business Certificate program. The mission of the program is to enable and encourage AnewAmerica’s entrepreneurs to adopt green, sustainable business practices that facilitate ecological conservation, healthy environments, strong community development, and a vibrant local economy. Our goal is to have all of our AnewAmerica Certified Green business certified by the Bay Area Green Business Association.
