Provide a Home
Gifts to foster kids
Covenant Presbyterian Church
Problem
Sadly, thousands of children across the state are forced to deal with situations of abuse and neglect, abandonment, death of a parent, homelessness and/or substance abuse in the home. At the very least, these are families in need of significant help. At worst, children may no longer be able to live safely at home. These children are deeply hurt, frightened, and alone.
The Gift
For over 100 years, Presbyterian Children’s Homes & Services (PCHS) have provided a safe, Christian living environment for children ages birth to 18 who have suffered from many crises. Almost 60 group and foster care homes are located across the state serving more than 200 children who can no longer live at home. Support services such as parenting classes, life skills training, mental health referrals and counseling are also provided to more than 1000 families each year enabling those families to stay intact. Your gift of $50 can provide a new bicycle or another gift that brings joy for one of the many lonely children being served this year by Presbyterian Children’s Homes & Services.
