Problem

Children hospitalized are often there for many days waiting for medication, treatment or isolated due to their illness. Playrooms at hospitals are often equipped for the youngest child and have little to offer children 8-18. The Lion's Den is a state-of-the-art room in partnership with Companions in Courage. An interactive playroom with innovative communication tools, these playrooms replace the isolation of a hospital with a connection to family and friends during hospital stay.
