The 280 members of the Environmental Alliance are dedicated to a sustainable world and a healthy environment. Imagine how thrilled we were to find this nonprofit website, which is generating new funding for environmental nonprofits, while also reducing the amount of stuff that goes into the landfills. We have asked all of our members to create their own wish lists, to give meaningful donations instead of unwanted donations, to share this with their family and friends (including friends at other colleges), and to help grow this movement. We hope that everyone reading this page will do the same!

By sponsoring 10 of these packets, you’ll help 10 campuses reduce the threat of global warming by giving them the resources to learn how to reduce emissions, including: information on global warming, guidance on doing a greenhouse gas inventory, how to set emission reduction targets and create an action plan, actions individuals can take, examples of what other colleges have done, and a variety of other useful tools.

$75.00

By donating to Clean Air–Cool Planet, you can offset 1000 pounds of carbon. By targeting the highest priority areas and taking these areas off the market for destruction, we can save countless species and critical habitats that are often protected nowhere else. We are highly efficient and able to purchase and protect private lands with rainforest for $100 an acre or less. We focus actions on key areas under imminent threat that often represent the last surviving habitat for threatened species.
