Puppy Mill Rescue
Support a Rescued Dog
In Defense of Animals
Problem
Recently Project Hope Sanctuary staff were called to the rescue of and care for nearly two-hundred abused and neglected dogs at a backyard puppy mill. Tragically, the shameful conditions were typical of the puppy mills prevalent to the rural South. Project Hope Director, Doll Stanley, scrambled to find temporary homes and emergency care for these horribly neglected animals. Not only were these dogs finally treated for wounds and illnesses, but they were bathed and brushed for the very first time
The Gift
Your gift will provide the necessary support to rescue a dog, like the one pictured here who we rescued from the recent puppy mill bust, from the perilous conditions of a puppy mill. Costs include transportation, extra staff, grooming, and veterinary care. These steps ensure that an exploited dog may finally have the life he or she deserves.
